How to Return an Item and Get a RefundUpdated 2 months ago

Whether you’re requesting a refund or store credit, here’s everything you need to know about returning your order

To start your return, click Start Your Return and follow the step-by-step instructions provided.


Return Options

We now offer two simple return options depending on how you’d like your refund:

  • Store Credit Option (Recommended):
    Choose store credit and receive a free return label.
    Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method:
    Return shipping is at your cost (8 € flat rate deducted) from the refund amount.
    If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Each order is eligible for one free return label (when choosing store credit).
Additional returns or refund requests follow the standard return cost.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to initiate and complete your return.

  • Full-priced items: refund or store credit available for 30 days.

  • Sale or discounted items: refund or store credit available for 14 days; store credit only after day 15 (up to 30 days total).


Condition of Returned Products

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the following conditions:

  • Clothing: 

    • Must be returned clean, unwashed, and uncreased, with original tags attached.

    • Must be unworn and returned in the original box (clean, with visible barcode). Trying them indoors on clean surfaces is acceptable.

  • Promotional items: Must be returned with your order if originally included.

Products failing to meet these criteria may be refused or returned to the sender at their expense.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Contact us immediately with a photo and short description of the issue.

  • Return shipping is covered by us.

  • You may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).


No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, colour, or product, please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.


Returns from Third-Party Retailers

Only products purchased via our official website can be returned through this process.
If your purchase was made through another retailer, please contact them directly for return or refund arrangements.


Processing & Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit (depending on your selection).

  • If your return is refused (e.g., due to non-compliance), the item will either be returned to you at your expense or held for 30 days for collection.


Return Packaging Checklist

Before sending your return, please include:

  • The original packaging and carton labels (with barcodes)

  • All accessories and documentation (instructions, warranty cards, etc.)

  • Any protective bags or wrapping originally provided
