Delivery Information
Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the South West of France.
Delivery Times: Estimated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). These times do not include order preparation time.
Order Processing: Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery may take longer during peak periods such as sales or inventory.
Tracking: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
