Orders typically arrive within 2 to 8 days, depending on when you place your order and the destination country. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Day 1 – Order placed and payment confirmed
Day 2–3 – Order prepared and handed over to the carrier
Day 4 – Shipment begins transit to your country in Europe
Day 5–8 – Final delivery, depending on destination and local courier services

Delivery Information
Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the South West of France.
Delivery Times: Estimated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). These times do not include order preparation time.
Order Processing: Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery may take longer during peak periods such as sales or inventory.
Tracking: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Delays & Responsibility: We strive to meet delivery estimates but cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or issues due to incorrect/incomplete address details.
